On 12/19/2016, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a preliminary injunction (PI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on certain cold-rolled steel flat products from the Republic of Korea (A-580-881) for the period 03/07/2016 through 08/31/2017.
This PI was issued in connection with court number 16-00228.

This PI enjoins liquidation of entries which during the pendency of this litigation (including all relevant appeals and remands), from liquidating or causing or permitting liquidation of any unliquidated entries of certain cold-rolled steel flat products from the Republic of Korea that (1) were produced and/or exported by Hyundai Steel Company; (2) are covered by Certain Cold-Rolled Steel Flat Products From the Republic of Korea: Final Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value, 81 Fed. Reg. 49,953 (Dep't Comm., July 29, 2016); Certain Cold-Rolled Steel Flat Products From Brazil, India, the Republic of Korea, and the United Kingdom: Amended Final Affirmative Antidumping Determinations for Brazil and the United Kingdom and Antidumping Duty Orders, 81 Fed. Reg. 64,432 (Dep't Comm., Sept. 20, 2016); and (3) were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, on or after March 7, 2016 up to and including August 31, 2017.

Effective 12/19/2016, no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 5pm 12/19/2016.
Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the PI.

Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this PI have not yet been issued.
