1996, AND PUBLISHED THE FINAL RESULTS IN THE FEDERAL
REGISTER ON MAY 19, 1997(62 FR 27219).

FOR SHIPMENTS OF CERTAIN FRESH CUT FLOWERS FROM MEXICO
ENTERED, OR WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION ON OR
AFTER MAY 19, 1997, A CASH DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE
