On 06/28/2017, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a preliminary injunction (PI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the countervailing duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from the Republic of Turkey (C-489-819) for the period 09/15/2014 through 12/31/2014.
This PI was issued in connection with court number 17-00157.

Reg. 26,907 (Dep't Commerce June 12, 2017) (final results and partial rescission of countervailing duty admin. review 2014); were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, during the period from September 15, 2014 through December 31, 2014; and were manufactured and/or exported by Icdas Celik Enerji Tersane ve Ulasim Sanayi AS; Kaptan Demir Celik Endustrisi ve Ticaret AS and Kaptan Metal Dis Ticaret ve Nakliyat A.S; 3212041 Canada Inc; Acemar International Limited; As Gaz Sinai ve Tibbi Azlar AS; Colakoglu Dis Ticaret A.S. (also known as Colakoglu Disticaret AS); Colakoglu Metalurji A.S; Del Industrial Metals; Izmir Demir Celik Sanayi AS; Ozkan Demir Celik Sanayi AS; Tata Steel International (Hong Kong) Limited (also known as Tata Steel International (Hong Kong)); and/or Tata Steel UK.

Effective 06/28/2017, no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 06/28/2017.

Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the PI.

Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this PI have not yet been issued.
