Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review, and Partial Rescission of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2014, 82 FR 32678 (07/17/2017); (3) were exported from the People's Republic of China to the United States by Canadian Solar Inc., Canadian Solar International, Ltd., Canadian Solar Manufacturing (Changshu), Inc., Canadian Solar Manufacturing (Luoyang), Inc., Canadian Solar (USA) Inc., CSI Cells Co., Ltd., CSI Solar Power (China) Inc., CSI Solartronics (Changshu) Co., Ltd., CSI Solar Technologies Inc. or CSI Solar Manufacture Inc.; and (4) remain unliquidated as of 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on
08/04/2017 (the date after the Court issued the PI).

Effective 08/03/2017 (the date the Court issued the PI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on 08/04/2017.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the PI.

Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this PI have not yet been issued.
