2. Because the imported product is within the physical description of the subject merchandise as described in the scope of the Order and the ITC description of subject merchandise, Commerce found this product to be within the scope of the order.

3. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of certain steel nails from the PRC, including strike pin anchors imported by Midwest Fastener described above, subject to the antidumping duty order on certain steel nails from the PRC.
