On 12/19/2017, Commerce published in the Federal Register its preliminary affirmative determination in the countervailing duty investigation of cast iron soil pipe fittings from the People's Republic of China and alignment of its final determination with the due date for the final determination in the antidumping duty investigation of cast iron soil pipe fittings from the People's Republic of China from 2/24/2018 until no later than 4/24/2018, unless postponed (82 FR 60178).

2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 7227303 dated 08/15/2017.

3. This investigation has been assigned investigation number C-570-063.

4. For imports of cast iron soil pipe fitting from the People's Republic of China, CBP shall suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 12/19/2017. Effective 12/19/2017, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the subsidy rates for the following companies:
