ORDER COVERING CARBON STEEL PRODUCTS FROM GERMANY WHICH
INCLUDES CARBON STEEL PLATE, COLD-ROLLED STEEL, AND
CORROSION-RESISTANT CARBON STEEL FLAT PRODUCTS.
ENTRIES
MADE BY THIS COMPANY HAD BEEN ENJOINED PENDING THE
COMPLETION OF LITIGATION.

SECTION 778 REQUIRES THAT CUSTOMS PAY INTEREST ON

REQUIRED AMOUNTS DEPOSITED AS ESTIMATED COUNTERVAILING
DUTIES.
THE INTEREST PROVISIONS ARE NOT APPLICABLE TO CASH

THE DATE OF PUBLICATION OF THE COUNTERVAILING DUTY ORDER ON
