1. On 04/04/2018, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on certain frozen fish fillets from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (A-552-801) for the period 08/01/2015 through 07/31/2016. This SI was issued in connection with court number 18-00064.

2. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries of frozen fish fillets from Vietnam:

(1) That were exported by Can Tho Import-Export Joint Stock Company;
(2) That were subject of the Department of Commerce's final determination in 83 Fed. Reg. 12,717 (March 23, 2018);
(3) That were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after August 1, 2015 up to and including July 31, 2016.

3. Effective 04/04/2018 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 04/04/2018 Any entries inadvertently liquidated after 03/01/2018 but before this injunction is fully implemented by CBP shall be promptly returned to unliquidated status and suspended in accordance with this injunction. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.

5. The SI applies to the liquidation instructions in message numbers 8100302, 8100303, and 8100304 dated 04/10/2018.
