Commerce has amended the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand for the period 03/01/2015 through 02/29/2016.
This amendment was published in the Federal Register (83 FR 18001) on 04/25/2018, and changes the cash deposit rate for the producer/exporter as listed in paragraph 2.

For shipments of circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 10/10/2017, the amended cash deposit requirement is as follows:
Producer and/or Exporter: Saha Thai Steel Pipe (Public) Company, Ltd.
Case number: A-549-502-001
Amended rate: 0.69%

Instructions for granting a request for a refund on any overcollection will be issued in a separate message.

These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice.

Do not liquidate any entries of the merchandise covered by the administrative review until specific liquidation instructions are issued.
