On 05/01/2018, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on certain passenger vehicle and light truck tires from China (A-570-016) for the period 01/27/2015 through 07/31/2016.
This SI was issued in connection with court number 18-00080.

This SI enjoins liquidation of entries that were:
(1) Exported by Pirelli Tyre Co., Ltd. and/or Pirelli Tyre S.P.A.;
(2) The subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in certain passenger vehicle and light truck tires from the PRC, 83 Fed. Reg. 11,690 (Mar. 16, 2018);
(3) Entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after
a. January 27, 2015 up to and including July 25, 2015; and
b. August 6, 2015 up to and including July 31, 2016

Effective 05/01/2018 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 5pm 05/01/2018.
Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.

The SI applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 8081305, dated 03/22/2018.
