1. On 05/10/2018, in response to a request by Trendium Pool Products, Inc. (Trendium), Commerce issued a final scope determination that components of unassembled pool kits and individual pool walls that have been fabricated from corrosion-resistant steel manufactured in Italy which Trendium exports are within the scope of the antidumping duty order on certain corrosion-resistant steel products from Italy (A-475-832).

2. Because the imported products are corrosion-resistant steel components that are not removed from the scope of the order by virtue of their incorporation into a kit, or are simply individually packaged pool walls fabricated from subject corrosion-resistant steel, Commerce found these products to be within the scope of the order.

3. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of certain corrosion-resistant steel products from Italy, including components of pool kits and pool walls that have been fabricated from corrosion-resistant steel manufactured in Italy by Trendium described above, subject to the antidumping duty order on certain corrosion-resistant steel products from Italy.
