2. were imported by DynaEnergetics U.S., Inc.;
3. were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption prior to February 12, 2016, and
4. remain unliquidated as of 5:00p.m. EDT on the day the Court enters this order on the docket of this case.

As a result of the court's decision, the injunction to which message 6088308 refers, dissolved on 05/15/2018.
