On 10/23/2018, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on certain uncoated paper from Portugal (A-471-807) for the period 08/26/2015 through 02/28/2017.
This SI was issued in connection with court number 18-00217.

This SI enjoins liquidation of entries of certain uncoated paper from Portugal that were produced and exported by
- Navigator Fine Paper SA;
- Navigator Fine Paper, S.A.;
- Portucel;
- Portucel Soporcel Fine Paper SA; or
- Portucel Soporcel Fine Paper S.A.
that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Certain Uncoated Paper from Portugal, 83 FR 39962, dated 08/13/2018, as amended 83 FR 52810, dated 10/16/2018, that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after 08/26/2015 up to and including 02/28/2017.

Effective 10/23/2018 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2.
Any entries inadvertently liquidated after this order is signed but before this injunction is fully implemented by CBP shall be promptly returned to unliquidated status and suspended in accordance with this injunction.

Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.

Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SI have not yet been issued.
