On 12/11/2018, in response to a request by SIGMA Corporation, Commerce issued a final scope determination that SIGMA Corporation's SAFELET and UNILET fire-protection weld outlets which SIGMA imports are within the scope of the antidumping duty order on carbon steel butt-weld pipe fittings from the People's Republic of China (A-570-814).

2. Because the imported product is within the language of both the scope and the ITC description of subject merchandise, Commerce found these products to be within the scope of the order.

3. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of carbon steel butt-weld pipe fittings from the People's Republic of China, including SIGMA Corporation's SAFELET and UNILET fire-protection weld outlets imported by SIGMA Corporation described above, subject to the antidumping duty order on carbon steel butt-weld pipe fittings from the People's Republic of China.
