COMMERCE'S FINAL RESULTS. MEXINOX REQUESTED THAT LIQUIDATION
OF ENTRIES OF SUBJECT MERCHANDISE CONTINUE TO BE SUSPENDED
PURSUANT TO SECTION 356.8 OF COMMERCE'S REGULATIONS PENDING
FINAL DISPOSITION OF THE BI-NATIONAL PANEL REVIEW PROCEDURES.
2. ACCORDINGLY, UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, DO NOT LIQUIDATE ENTRIES
OF SUBJECT MERCHANDISE WHICH WERE PRODUCED AND EXPORTED BY
THYSSENKRUPP MEXINOX S.A. DE C.V. (A-201-822-001) AND WHICH
WERE ENTERED OR WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE FOR CONSUMPTION
DURING THE PERIOD 07/01/2006 THROUGH 06/30/2007. CONTINUE TO
SUSPEND LIQUIDATION OF THESE ENTRIES UNTIL LIQUIDATION
INSTRUCTIONS ARE PROVIDED.
