On 12/19/2018, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the countervailing duty order on certain hardwood plywood products from the People's Republic of China (C-570-052) for the period 01/01/2019 up to and including 12/31/2019.

Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.

The SI applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 8150308, dated 05/30/2018, message number 7338309, dated 12/4/2017, and message number 8053306, dated 2/22/2018.
