1. On 06/28/2018, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on cold rolled steel flat products from Korea (A-580-881) for the period 03/07/2016 through 08/31/2017. This SI was issued in connection with court number 19-00099.

2. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries of certain cold-rolled steel flat products from the Republic of Korea;

that were produced and/or exported by Hyundai Steel Company;

that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Cold Rolled Steel from Korea, 84 Fed. Reg. 24,083 (May 24, 2019);

that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after March 7, 2016, up to and including September 3, 2016, and on or after September 15, 2016, up to and including August 31, 2017.

3. Effective 06/28/2019 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 06/28/2019. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.

5. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SI have not yet been issued.
