As stated in § 63.2386(a), (b), and (f), you must submit compliance reports and startup, shutdown, and malfunction reports according to the following table:

If you had a SSM during the reporting period and you took actions consistent with your SSM plan, the report must also include the information in § 63.10(d)(5)(i) except as specified in item 1.e of this table; AND | Semiannually, and it must be postmarked or electronically submitted by January 31 or July 31, in accordance with § 63.2386(b).

Immediate SSM report if you had a SSM that resulted in an applicable emission standard in the relevant standard being exceeded, and you took an action that was not consistent with your SSM plan | a. The information required in § 63.10(d)(5)(ii) | i. Except as specified in item 2.a.ii of this table, by letter within 7 working days after the end of the event unless you have made alternative arrangements with the permitting authority (§ 63.10(d)(5)(ii)).
ii. Beginning no later than the compliance dates specified in § 63.2342(e), item 2.a.i of this table no longer applies. |
