As stated in § 63.9991, you must comply with the following applicable emission limits: 1

With the exception of IGCC units, on or after July 6, 2027 you may not pursue the LEE option for filterable PM, total non-Hg metals, and individual HAP metals and you may not comply with the total non-Hg HAP metals or individual HAP metals emissions limits for all existing EGU subcategories unless you request and receive approval for the use of a HAP metals CMS under § 63.7(f).
