Non-flare control device or recovery device	Parameters to be monitored
1. All control and recovery devices	a. Presence of flow diverted to the atmosphere from the control and recovery device; or
	b. Monthly inspections of sealed valves
2. Absorber	a. Exit temperature of the absorbing liquid; and
	b. Exit specific gravity
3. Boiler or process heater with a design heat input capacity less than 44 megawatts and vent stream is not introduced with or as the primary fuel	Firebox temperature ^a
4. Catalytic incinerator	Temperature upstream and downstream of the catalyst bed
5. Carbon adsorber, regenerative	a. Total regeneration stream mass or volumetric flow during carbon bed regeneration cycle(s); and
