1. THIS IS A CORRECTION TO THE ABOVE-REFERENCED MESSAGE IN
PARAGRAPH 3. ALL OTHER PARAGRAPHS REMAIN THE SAME.

2. FIELD OFFICES SHOULD DISCONTINUE SUSPENSION OF LIQUIDATION OF
ALL SHIPMENTS OF STRUCTURAL STEEL BEAMS FROM LUXEMBOURG AND SPAIN
ENTERED, OR WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION ON OR AFTER
MAY 20, 2002. ALL ESTIMATED ANTIDUMPING DUTIES DEPOSITED ON
ENTRIES OF
THE SUBJECT MERCHANDISE PREVIOUSLY SUSPENDED SHALL BE REFUNDED
AND THE BONDS OR OTHER SECURITY RELEASED AT THE TIME OF
LIQUIDATION.
