On 09/15/2017, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a preliminary injunction (PI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on certain steel nails from the PRC (A-570-909) entered on or after 08/02/2017.
This PI was issued in connection with court number 17-00231.

This PI enjoins liquidation of entries which
a.
were imported into the United States by Midwest Fastener Corp.;
b.
were the subject of the U.S. Department of Commerce's determination in Antidumping Duty Order on Certain Steel Nails from the People's Republic of China: Final Scope Ruling on Midwest Fastener Strike Pin Anchors (Dep't Commerce Aug. 2, 2017);
c.
were entered or were withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after August 2, 2017; and
d.
remain unliquidated as of 5:00 p.m. on the day this Order is entered.

Effective 09/15/2017 (the date the Court issued the PI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 5pm on 9/15/2017, the day the Order was entered.
Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the PI.

The PI applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 7223302, dated 08/02/2017.
